DyNAbind GmbH is a Dresden-based bio­tech­nology company working on finding new medi­ca­tions for
chal­lenging disease targets. We use an exciting tech­nology called the DNA-Encoded Library (DEL) to search
the che­mical space for new drug can­di­dates thou­sands of times faster than tra­di­tional testing methods
allow. We’re working tog­ether with leading pharma com­panies, biotech com­panies and aca­demic labs
worldwide to solve tomorrow’s drug dis­covery pro­blems today.
We founded our company in 2017 and already achieved pro­fi­ta­bility in our third year of operation.
Curr­ently, we’re running a new investment round to allow us to con­tinue aggres­sively scaling our
tech­no­logies. As our orga­nization con­tinues to grow and develop, addi­tional support is needed in the
team. The Mar­keting Assistant will work with senior management to design, deploy and manage our
mar­keting activities.

 

Core Respon­si­bi­lities

  • Support of senior management to design mar­keting cam­paigns and adver­tising material
  • Manage social media plat­forms for the company
  • Pre­pa­ration of sta­tistics and presentations
  • Research work regarding market and com­pe­tition development
  • Scout new cus­tomer segments

 

Man­datory Qualifications/Experience

  • Mar­keting back­ground (either studies or professional)
  • Fluency in English language
  • Excellent written and verbal com­mu­ni­cation skills
  • High degree of pro­fi­ciency with Microsoft Office, ability to design and edit gra­phical presentations
  • Wil­lingness to learn enough science to under­stand the basic con­cepts of DyNAbind’s business
  • Ability to work in an agile manner and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Inde­pendent and creative thinker

 

Desi­rable Qualifications/Experience

  • Pre­vious expe­rience working in marketing
  • Strong track record of social media engagement
