Tech­nician in cell culture (m/w/d)

deno­vo­MATRIX is a dynamic startup, focusing on the deve­lo­pment and pro­duction of bio­ma­te­rials for indus­trial manu­facture of stem cells. Our vision is to enable biology in vitro and tackle the key bot­t­lenecks in cell manu­fac­turing in various fields. With our tech­nology we can make a dif­fe­rence in cell quality, quantity, and safety. We are cur­r­ently looking to expand our expertise and capa­bi­lities. The new team member will be respon­sible for sup­porting our cell culture and service team.

We are looking for a Tech­nician in cell culture (m/w/d) in part-time or full-time.

Your respon­si­bi­lities

  • Covering daily tasks in lab main­tenance and supply management
  • Cell culture routine tasks (expansion, pas­saging, sam­pling, freeze & thaw)
  • App­li­cation of ana­ly­tical methods (imaging, FACS)
  • Exe­cution of quality control tasks according to estab­lished SOPs
  • Support of service and deve­lo­pment projects
  • Reporting

Your ideal profile

  • Trained tech­nician in biology or che­mistry or a equi­valent degree pre­fer­ren­tially com­bined with relevant pro­fes­sional expe­rience in the life science field and stem cell culture
  • Solid know­ledge in stem cell biology and cell culture
  • Expe­rience with culture of Mesen­chymal Stroma Cells, addi­tional expe­rience with iPSC preferred
  • Con­sistent and sus­tainable working style
  • Fluent spoken / written English and German.
