At Mesh­merize, we build wireless mesh net­works for indus­trial robots and UAVs. We enable systems with reliable and resi­lient net­works based on rela­tively inex­pensive WiFi hardware by com­bining bleeding-edge research with the prac­tical needs of the Industry 4.0. Backed by some of the top-tier early-stage investors in Europe, we are on a journey to redefine the way moving robots com­mu­nicate with each other.

We are looking for a Tech­nical Sales Repre­sen­tative to inte­grate our Mesh­merize Software into the net­works of our cus­tomers in Proof-of-Concept and pilot instal­la­tions. As a Tech­nical Sales Rep you will work closely with both the sales team and the internal deve­lo­pment to design solu­tions for the spe­cific requi­re­ments of the cus­tomer. You support the sales team by building a trusting rela­ti­onship with the cus­tomer with your tech­nical know­ledge of the problem domain and demons­trating fea­si­bility with PoCs. For advanced or non-standard requi­re­ments you work closely with the deve­lo­pment team and represent the needs of our cus­tomers when deciding on the future product roadmap. What you’ll be doing

  • Discuss tech­nical requi­re­ments with the cus­tomer and propose solution
  • Design and implement Proof-of-Concept and pilot instal­la­tions at cus­tomer premises
  • Identify new product impro­ve­ments and requirements
  • Cooperate with the sales team to convert PoC cus­tomers to license customers
  • Cooperate with our internal deve­lo­pment to implement advanced or non-standard solutions

Job requi­re­ments

What best describes you

  • Expe­rience with indus­trial net­working and wireless networks
  • Basic Linux network admi­nis­tration and configuration
  • Interest in spe­cific cus­tomer chal­lenges and processes
  • Crea­tivity to address new chal­lenges with an existing set of tools
  • Expe­rience in scoping small projects
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Pre­ferably expe­rience with tech­nical sales or pre-sales
